Cycling ResourcesThe BTA aims to get more people on their bikes, more often. This section of our site is aimed at providing you the tools you need to get on your bicycle! Commuter resources: Basic guides to commuting and how to start -- even if you've never biked to work before! Also, information about a free bike trailer that BTA members can use. Bike theft resources: Sadly, bike theft is a common problem. Here are resources telling you what steps to take before -- and after -- a bike is stolen. Legal resources: Oregon has decent laws protecting bicyclists, thanks in part to the BTA. Learn more, and see a list of lawyers if you want legal advice.
