Companies can sponsor specific events and programs. Sponsoring companies are recognized on event or program materials and listed in the BTA newsletter, Annual Report, and on our website.

Alice Awards & Auction
At the annual Alice Awards & Auction, the BTA honors individuals, businesses, and organizations in Oregon whose work has promoted the use of bicycles and increased the livability of our communities. All of the funds raised at the auction go to support the BTA's continuing advocacy work on behalf of bicyclists.

Bike Commute Challenge
The BTA’s annual Bike Commute Challenge is a friendly competition — workplace against workplace — with benefits for companies and individual cyclists when employees bike to work during the month of September. The workplaces with the highest percentage of commutes by bicycle during the month win!

Bicycle Safety Education Program
has been taught to more than 5,000 schoolchildren in Oregon and SW Washington each year. The two-week, on-bike program is supported by contributions from businesses in each community where it is offered. Sponsors are recognized in local program materials and in local media when possible.

Walk + Bike
Oregon’s Walk + Bike program encourages children, youth, and families to use safe, active, transportation to get to and from school and throughout their communities throughout the year. The BTA is supported by partner organizations statewide and builds on existing Safe Routes to School partnerships to reach more schools than ever and encourage more Oregon children and their families to be active and safe.
